• Octavia customers attend the annual Octavia User Group meeting in Peterborough to hear about new product developments, real life customer stories and a chance to network and catch up with Octavia staff and fellow OSKA users.

• Two Saints Housing Association chooses OSKA .
• Pam Irving, with over 20 year’s experience in the housing sector, joins Octavia to take responsibility for sales and marketing.
• Affinity choose OSKA for Resident Profiling, seamless link to housing management system and direct loads from survey company

• The Affinity Group move to one instance of OSKA, rather than separate versions for Broomleigh Housing, William Sutton Homes and Downland Housing, to reduce the amount of system admin
• Hove and Horsham YMCA merge to form Sussex Central and will be upgrading to the latest version of OSKA; for use throughout the newly formed organisation.

December 2009

• Northampton Women’s Aid are implementing OSKA as a complete solution to manage their Supporting People and domestic violence services; as well as their rental income.
• Octavia branches out into Northern Ireland. Octavia is delighted to announce the Simon Community as one of its newest customers. It will be implementing OSKA to manage both Supporting People services and rental income.
• The Haven purchase OSKA to enable them to evidence their support plans.
